Honoring Lens Warranties for Eye Clinic of Bellevue
With the recent closure of the Eye Clinic of Bellevue, I know that many patients may be wondering what happens if their glasses need service or if they have scratched lenses covered under their warranty.
I want to reassure former patients of the Eye Clinic of Bellevue optical that Overlake Family Vision is happy to help. We will honor qualifying scratch warranties for Eye Clinic of Bellevue lenses originally purchased within the last two years.
There is no cost to you for qualifying warranty replacement lenses. It’s that simple. What Should You Bring?
If your lenses are scratched, please bring your glasses and frame to Overlake Family Vision. The glasses should have been purchased from the Eye Clinic of Bellevue optical within the last two years.
Our optician will evaluate your lenses for scratches. If the lenses qualify under the Eye Clinic of Bellevue warranty, we will send your glasses to our lab to have fresh new lenses made.
The process is simple:
- Bring in your glasses with the scratched lenses.
- Our optician will evaluate the scratches and determine if the lenses qualify.
- If needed, we will send your glasses to our lab for replacement lenses.
- New lenses are typically ready within 7–10 business days.
- There is no cost to you for qualifying warranty replacements.
